I had a good time drawing this strip, for lack of a better word, it felt ‘easy’ You know I never knew when I started this story that apar from enjoying making this comic, that I would actually enjoy reading it too. Hope it was as good for you as it was for me:)

At 3:07 am, it’s difficult to find words to say. I’ll try anyway.

1. This strip is late. I’m sorry.

2. I am Relieved that Obama won the US elections. I mean if he didn’t then we would have had a problem. Good job to the guys who voted. I mean this guy inspires me.

[Shop talk] I’ve decided to handletter and draw the speech baloons right into the final artwork from now on. I’ll discuss the reasons for this in the next LOTJ Segment.

I had so many story points, I didn’t know which to draw, as the first ‘Sunday’ strip. So I took a vote on twitter, and most voted for Dwarves. So here they are about to barge in on the story. As always you’re welcome to leave comments to influence how the story unfolds!

Also, I’d love to hear what you think about this strip. (Brutal honesty excepted)

[Shop Talk] So it takes about 5 hours for me to do a strip. I’ll need to plan those hours in better in the weeks to come. These midnight runs with diet coke are exhausting!

This strip was fun to draw, it was a turn of pace from the previous strip. There is alot of expaining to do from this point on. The challange will be to keep the visuals interesting while all this goes on.

I was curious to see how many panels I could fit into a strip, again this was pretty tiring to draw. But I’d probably think it looks good tomorrow.

This was the most difficult strip to draw so far, it also took the longest to complete. I was more adventures with the layout of the artwork within the panels.

I have often heard comic artist say they feel like crazy people, compelled by unknown reasons to pursue this slow motion art form. Today, I feel like a crazy person too.
